Shipping policy

We ship A. PHOS orders to the destinations made available at checkout. Shipping availability, services and rates may vary by destination and may change as carrier requirements change.

Discovery Set pre-orders

The First Edition Discovery Set is scheduled to begin shipping in November 2026.

This is an estimated shipping window rather than a guaranteed delivery date. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared as promptly as possible after they become available for dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been handed to the carrier, where the selected service supports tracking.

Fragrance shipping restrictions

Fragrance products may be subject to carrier, air-transport or destination restrictions.

As a result, some shipping methods or destinations may not be available for certain products. The options shown at checkout reflect the services currently available for your order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout or supplied by a carrier are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier delays and other events outside our control.

Duties, taxes and import charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@aphos.co. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact us at hello@aphos.co with your order number and any relevant photographs.

We will review the issue and work with the carrier where appropriate.
